Delete your MyConcierge account

Enter the email address and password of the account. Your account is deleted at once and this cannot be undone. A request the assistant was already working on when you deleted it may still finish, and a purchase it makes is kept like the ones below.

Removed from your account at once: your email address, your password and every session you are signed in with, on every device. Everything you saved on your Memory page is removed with them.

Not removed at once: if a purchase you asked for is still waiting for its answer, this server keeps that request — with your email address in it — in memory, so that asking again cannot buy twice. It is dropped when the answer arrives or, after an hour, the next time this server handles a purchase or restarts.

Kept: the record of the purchases you requested through MyConcierge — amount, currency, merchant, description, status and dates — no longer attached to your email address.

This page deletes your MyConcierge account only. Records held by Shatale, which issues the cards and processes the payments, are not changed by it.
